This is #Markey! I #hope you all have been doing #well! I have been doing #amazing! I #cannot #believe that I just #completed Phase B of BeachBody's P90 Deluxe Sweat Work Out Program! That's 2 Phases down, and 1 to go! I feel super fit, and pumped! I even took a week off to rest my body to maximize my results! I cannot believe #the #results that I am getting! My body is feeling #phenomenal, and I cannot wait to #hit #that #beach #with #this body!

Have you ever been up late at night, and have one of those lame workout commercials interrupt your T.V. Show? Have you ever wondered if those workout programs, or products actually worked?
I bought one... BeachBody's #P90X Work Out Program. After I ordered it, and received it I could not wait to see if it works. I was in High School, over weight, and unhealthy... What could I loose? Right?
Well... P90X worked... But... It worked a little too, well...
It was too hard. I had never worked out before in my life. I had little, to no equipment.
I had to take a break.
P90X sat on a shelf, and started collecting dust.
I took a look back at P90X, and realized something. It did work! Just because I did not have everything I needed does not mean that P90X did not work.
I had some results, and noticed a difference in myself.
So, I jumped online, and I started looking on BeachBody to see if there was anything less that could help me.
BeachBody released their #New #App BeachBody on Demand #BOD
BeachBody also re-released a #New #and #Improved #P90
It has every BeachBody Work Out Program available; including the Work Out that started it all! I had to do it... I knew I could do it... I believed I could do it.
It was amazing!

After the 1st Month of P90X, I could not move... I was not eating right... I did not have all of the work out equipment... I STOPED P90X.

I took a look back at P90X, and realized something. It did work! Just because I did not have everything I needed does not mean that P90X did not work.
I had some results, and noticed a difference in myself.
I had to continue.
I had to #BringIt
So, I jumped online, and I started looking on BeachBody to see if there was anything less that could help me.
Then I saw it... I saw the 2 things that I needed to achieve my goal, and complete my #BeachBodyChallenge
BeachBody released their #New #App BeachBody on Demand #BOD
BeachBody also re-released a #New #and #Improved #P90
I was amazed!
It has every BeachBody Work Out Program available; including the Work Out that started it all! I had to do it... I knew I could do it... I believed I could do it.
Then... #ihitit and I completed the #P90 #SweatProgram
It was amazing!
